At Special Occasions, we are definitely what you might call flower people. We fully admit it. We're in the business of flowers, but we also love flowers for the sake of flowers...and because we know that flowers can (and do) express wordlessly what people sometimes can't say. Special Occasions has been providing flowers and fun for people in Milford and the surrounding area for 20 years, eleven of those with designer and shop owner, Jenny Bialas. Jenny earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Family & Consumer Science from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. With a natural talent for design and décor Jenny supplemented her degree with floral design and design classes. Jenny stays abreast of new and fresh looks and gives the traditional a place of importance both by attending educational seminars presented by world renowned florists and using her creative abilities. Really listening to her customers and creating unique and pleasing items for them are what Special Occasions is about.

Jenny lives in Milford with her husband and children. Her favorite video games are Sponge Bob Saves Bikini Bottom with Pull Position a close second. She sites her favorite flowers as stock and roses insisting, however, she loves them all.
